Dr. Kyle Hadden is Co-Owner and operator for Opt For Home. He adheres to a total body analysis approach, incorporating fitness into therapy and as a continuation from therapy. He has worked at multiple outpatient clinic sites, giving him a strong understanding of what types of treatments are out there and making the most effective, evidence-based approach. He also looks to motivate people through his own health and fitness habits. Kyle identifies any “weak links” to the chain and systematically addresses them so clients do not re-injure themselves. Dr. David Pasi, PT, DPT, LSVT BIG
Dave is a physical therapist, and the part-owner and operator of Opt for Home PC, since its inception in January 2020. Dave has worked as a physical therapist since his postgraduate work concluded in 2015 at Rutgers University: School of Health Related Professionals. He began his career treating at and managing a large outpatient therapy clinic in Medford, NJ and later moved into the field of homecare PT, servicing all of Burlington County. Founding a homecare company, focused on outpatient style Physical Therapy in the comfort of one’s home, was a natural transition! In his time working, Dave has developed specializations in numerous areas, including: outpatient orthopedics, post-operative rehabilitation, with a focus on Total Joint Replacements, low back pain, and Parkinson’s Disease.
Dave believes strongly in the role of hands-on, manually-based physical therapy, often focused on soft tissue mobilization, instrument assisted soft tissue mobilization (IASTM), active release techniques, and mobilizations with movement, to name a few. Despite this preference and belief in manual treatment, true change and lasting improvement cannot be achieved without some degree of progressive exercise and behavioral modification. Dave’s personal training and health and exercise science backgrounds serve as guiding foundational principles in his comprehensive rehabilitation approach.
Dave resides in Moorestown, NJ with his wife, Lyndsay, his daughter, Cecelia, and their pup, Cooper. Dave is originally from North Jersey and as such, is a proud New York Giants and New York Yankees fan. When he isn’t watching a game, Dave can usually be found in the kitchen, cooking up your favorite Italian dishes or out in the yard, running around with his daughter and dog.
